A Fulfilling Life
If you look at those who have inspirational or truly fulfilled and lives, you
will notice that none of them even consider themselves as having high or low self
esteem. They are simply present to the experience of their own lives and do what
they do from a bias in which anything is possible. In this orientation, the focus
is outside of themselves, and they are operating in relationship to the world around
them instead of trying to feel better about the mental constructs they have made
about themselves, whether that construct is 10 years old or 80.
There are those who say that the best way to know who you are is to see the effect
you have on others and the "footprints" you leave behind. Being a resource to teach
and lift others up is ultimately an incredibly effective way to finding out who
you are, in the purest sense of the meaning of the phrase. A true journey of self
discovery is a path that goes outside of the normal associations with the term.
It is a journey that never ends, as long as you are alive and breathing. It is not
a goal to be reached, it is a way of becoming that goes on and on.
Lesson Plans That Promote Self Esteem
Anything that brings people's awareness to how they are when they are operating
at their very best is a great lesson plan for promoting self esteem. Once you go
where the consideration self esteem isn't, you will find that the whole "issue"
immediately dissolves and that you can get on with the necessary learnings that
will promote the bias from which anything is possible.
This is not going to be done by any traditional teaching method which is why
most people reading this will look for some other answer - some answer that will
continue to perpetuate their model of the world, rather than making the necessary
adjustments to getting to the actual desired result instead. Doing what is necessary
to truly "teach" someone how it is they naturally are when fulfillment is present
for themselves is a lot more challenging- but in the end infinitely more rewarding.
